About the Journal

ESS Conference Series: Social Science and Humanities publishes peer-reviewed conference proceedings that advance research and scholarly debate across the social sciences and humanities. The Series aims to provide an internationally oriented platform for disseminating high-quality research outputs presented at academic conferences, symposia, and related scholarly events.

Scope
The Series welcomes original contributions in, but not limited to, the following areas:
•    sociology, political science, public policy and governance, international relations;
•    law and law-adjacent socio-humanities research;
•    communication and media studies;
•    psychology and behavioural sciences;
•    history, philosophy, cultural studies, linguistics, literature;
•    interdisciplinary research connecting these domains.

Types of contributions
The Series publishes:
•    Full research papers (primary publication format);
•    Review or conceptual papers (where appropriate to the conference scope);
•    Editorial forewords and conference information (non-research items, as applicable).

Quality and relevance
Submissions must demonstrate scholarly relevance, conceptual or empirical rigor, and clear contribution to the conference theme and the wider academic discourse. The Series does not accept promotional content or materials that do not meet academic standards of integrity, transparency, and proper referencing.

Language
The primary language of publication is English. Other languages may be accepted where specified for a particular issue, provided that English metadata (title, abstract, keywords) are supplied.
